Shipping Information
Bureau offers free ground shipping on orders $100 and above to the contiguous 48 states of the United States. All orders are processed and shipped via customer chosen shipping method within 1-2 business days, pending payment authorization and verification. The Bureau website delivers internationally.
All international orders are final sale.

Orders placed on www.bureau.cafe are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. Please note that UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Sales Tax and Duties
USA
All orders shipped to the states of New York are subject to state sales tax. All other states are tax free.
International
Orders shipped internationally on a DDU (Deliver Duty Unpaid) meaning the receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges in order for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.bureau.cafe within the United States, please send us a request for a return authorization within 30 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
All orders shipped Internationally.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Bureau reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
